Are there any new products and services I may be interested in?
We offer a variety of checking and savings accounts for both personal and business customers to fit your lifestyle and budget.
To help you manage your accounts easily, we offer Free Visa® Debit Cards as well as a complete array of Online Services including Free BillPay, eStatements, Mobile Banking, Alerts and Popmoney.
For our business customers, we offer a comprehensive online solution called Business Link, as well as Treasury Services including Remote Deposit Capture and Merchant Services.

Can I continue to use my same ATM or debit card?
We mailed customers a new SCBT Visa® debit card or ATM card to begin using on or after July 16th. We ask that you start using the SCBT Visa® debit card or ATM card now and discard your Seneca National Bank card.
If you have not received your card, please call us at 1-800-277-2175. We will be happy to help you.
Can I continue to use my same checks?
Yes. You may continue using your current checks until it is time to reorder new ones. For your convenience, you may reorder your checks by calling us at 1-800-277-2175.
Will direct deposits and automatic drafts continue?
Yes. Direct deposits and automatic drafts will continue as normal.
How do I access my accounts online?
When you login to Online Banking for the first time on or after July 16th at www.SCBTonline.com, please use your existing login information, including your password. If you need help logging in to your account, please call us at 1-800-277-2175.
(Please note that due to our system conversion, there will be limited account history until the end of July.)

Will my BillPay information convert to SCBT?
BillPay will continue to be accessed through Online Banking. All current information including recurring monthly payments will be transferred over during the conversion except for eBills and any past payment history.
After July 16th, please contact us at 1-800-277-2175 if you need any Billpay history you did not previously download.
You will be able to set up your eBills again on or after July 16th by clicking on the “Get Bill” icon and following the biller’s instructions.
Will I continue receive my eStatements?
Yes. We will continue to offer electronic statements. The notification you receive will include detailed instructions on how to retrieve your statement within Online Banking at www.SCBTonline.com
I have an account at both Seneca National Bank and SCBT. How do I access them?
You will be able to access both sets of accounts through www.SCBTonline.com on or after July 16th. You may continue to use your current login IDs and passwords, and your logins will remain separate. If you wish to have your accounts combined so they may be accessed through a single login, please call us at 1-800-277-2175.
Has my Phone Banking number changed?
Yes. Beginning July 16th, to access your accounts through Phone Banking, please call 1-800-763-0555. Below are some instructions to help guide you through the new Phone Banking system:
- Enter your account number and the # sign when prompted.
- When asked for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) you can use your existing PIN.
- However, if your PIN is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, you will be prompted to change it for security reasons.
- Once you have entered your PIN, please press the # sign.
- Follow the rest of the prompts to access your accounts.
Why did I receive an account statement dated July 13th?
As part of the conversion process, we paid interest to your account on July 13th. Your next statement will include any activity from July 14th through your normal statement date.
After this period of time, bank statements will return to their normal schedule.
Are there any changes to my Home Equity Line of Credit?
All Personal and Home Equity Lines of Credit are now called Firstlines. All terms and conditions will remain the same. However, new checks have been mailed to customers. Please use these checks to access your equity line after July 16th. If you did not receive your new checks, please call us at 1-800-277-2175.
Please note that you will only receive a statement if you have an outstanding balance.

New loan payment books have been mailed to customers. If you have not received yours, please call us at 1-800-277-2175. Please mail any future loan payments to:
