NewsSCBT awards $5,000 to Sistercare

SCBT will present a check in the amount of $5,000 to Sistercare Inc. today, Friday, August 21, 2009 at 3pm at the SCBT main branch, 520 Gervais St.
The donation will assist Sistercare in funding various programs including emergency shelters, crisis hotlines and transitional housing that serve battered women and their children residing in Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Newberry and Richland counties in South Carolina.
